Metrovation and David Baker Architects Commission Murals for New Oakland Development

Swarm Gallery is pleased to announce an artistic project in conjunction with Metrovation and David Baker Architects. Artists Andrew Schoultz and Casey Jex Smith will be creating murals in two major lobbies of the 200 Second Street Condominiums + Live Work Lofts. This mid-rise luxury residential condominium is located in Jack London Square, Oakland, 6 blocks from Swarm. The commission combines support of local Bay Area artists and innovative design in a private space. David Baker Architects is nationally known for creating exciting and practical contemporary urban housing with lasting character. Completion date: March 1, 2007
